This is the second time that we’ve had Alison represent us, first to buy our home, and now, almost seven years later, to sell it. Our second experience was every bit as positive as the first. She walked us through the listing contract so we understood completely, up front, how things would work and what they would cost. We discussed how to price our home based on local comps, and she was open to talking through the pricing strategy, discussing the relative merits of pricing higher to allow for negotiations vs. pricing lower to encourage multiple bids. She recommended staging for our home, which we were also expecting. It showed off our home to its best advantage, and we received an offer within 10 days of going on the market, and our home closed quickly. I have recommended Alison to friends, who have also recommended her to their friends. She was a trusted partner in the decision-making process, and I appreciated her guidance at every step of the home buying/selling process. I never felt pressured in any way, and I always felt like Alison was listening to us.
